Housing modules
Energy standard
All our modular homes meet the GEG requirements. On request, we can adapt any model to meet the KfW Efficiency House 55 (EH55) standard – by incorporating thicker insulation and triple-glazed windows. This ensures your home meets the energy efficiency requirements for KfW funding.
All residential modules come with a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom – ready to move into as soon as they are delivered.

Flexible modular homes for permanent and seasonal living
Whether it’s a compact tiny house, a cosy holiday home, a mobile home or a fully-fledged modular house with a gabled roof – all buildings can be custom-designed, are available in various sizes and are delivered to Germany fully fitted out.
Wall thickness can be selected
12 cm or 16 cm PIR sandwich panels – to suit the insulation, intended use and location.
Energy-efficient house (optional)
Triple glazing with warm-edge frames for low heating costs and a high level of living comfort.
Steel-frame construction
Durable, low-maintenance and designed as a load-bearing base for long-term use.
Personalised planning
Floor plans, colours, window positions, the façade and fittings are agreed on a project-by-project basis.
Turnkey delivery
