Flexible modules for offices, medical practices and commercial premises

Whether it’s a modern office, a doctor’s surgery, an industrial unit, a catering pavilion or a sanitary module – all buildings can be custom-designed, are available in various sizes and are delivered to Germany fully fitted out.

Wall thickness can be selected

10, 12 or 16 cm PIR sandwich panels – to suit the insulation, intended use and location.

Energy-efficient house (optional)

Aluminium windows instead of PVC – more durable, sturdier and more aesthetically pleasing, with triple glazing available on request.

Steel-frame construction

Durable, low-maintenance and designed as a load-bearing base for long-term use.

Personalised planning

Floor plans, colours, window positions, the façade and fittings are agreed on a project-by-project basis.

Turnkey delivery

Factory production, complete fitting-out and delivery throughout Germany.

Short construction period

Significantly quicker to complete than traditional solid-construction methods and with a clearly defined construction process.

Yes. Modules up to 3.0 m wide are delivered by standard transport and are quickly ready for use on site once connected.

You can choose between PIR sandwich panels with thicknesses of 10, 12 or 16 cm. The most suitable option depends on the intended use, location and desired energy efficiency.

Yes. The layout, window positions, façade colour and fittings can all be customised.

Office modules are used as workspaces, practice modules for medical purposes, commercial modules for business and trade, catering modules for catering and retail, and sanitary modules as toilets and washrooms.
